Can anyone recommend me some sources for learning how to use maya or world machine?

I’ve picked up a few things through clicking buttons and trying to figure out what things did, but I need to learn the programs faster since my team is relying on me. I tried to watch some youtube videos for maya but I just felt confused. =\
